The 2007 HOBY NH Leadership Seminar was dedicated to the memory of Herbert Darling III. I had the pleasure of working with him in 2004 when he was a junior facilitator on my first seminar as an senior facilitator. Herbert had a smile you could never forget and energy to last for days. Sadly, Herbert passed away in December 2006 and will be missed in the HOBY family. His parents recollect that Herbert always held HOBY close to his heart and would often mention it including in speeches he used to run for various offices in his Fraternity in College.
